Yes — you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any billing differences.
At the end of your 14-day trial you'll be prompted to choose a plan. If you don't add a payment method, your account moves to a read-only state — nothing is deleted for 30 days, giving you time to export or reactivate.

You're billed for active seats — anyone who logs in during the billing period. Invited members who haven't accepted yet don't count. You can remove seats at any time.
Yes. Acme is SOC 2 Type II certified. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Enterprise customers can also enable single-tenant deployment.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and ACH bank transfers for annual plans over $1,000. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.
